Saks is a chain of luxury department stores spanning all around the country. Anyone who’s anyone can shop till they drop at this remarkably chic store. Every year, Saks outshines and puts their clients satisfaction above all else. This year, the Make Your Life Sweeter® team was asked to incorporate a little sweetness to this quarters annual storewide breakfast, and we were thrilled!

The Make Your Life Sweeter® team arrived at the legendary fifth avenue flagship store for the event. My team and I were ready to take on anything! We were instructed to the 6th floor, where we began setup. While we were setting up, I was able to meet and interact with most of the team that had organized the event. I was so lucky to have met such an intelligent and humble group of people!

As employees started to make their way up to the sixth floor, they were welcomed with a Make Your Life Sweeter® Breakfast Bar! On either side of the table, you were able to choose between a Sugaire® Organic Cotton Candy Hot Coffee or Hot Tea Infusion Bar with customized Saks Hashtag Flags! After guests chose their preferred beverage option, they made their way to the Make Your Life Sweeter® Breakfast Station where they were able to choose between a Caramel Frappuccino, Morning Latte, Glazed Donut or Strawberry Parfait flavored customized Saks Macaron! If you didn’t want to partake in the Macaron tasting, Make Your Life Sweeter® also had specialized glazed donut holes with Sea Salt Caramel flavored organic cotton candy!

After serving over 100 eager Saks employees in under 45 minutes, everyone took their seats to begin the meeting. I was fortunate enough to hear the President of Saks - Marc Metrick, speak to his fellow Saks team. It’s so inspiring to listen to someone talk about something their so passionate about, I was so thankful for the opportunity! The meeting ended with a fashion show featuring Saks’ own employees!

It’s crazy for me to think that just 8 short months ago I was across the street watching the famous window display show that Saks illustrates every Holiday season, and now I am welcomed in like one of their own. I am so thankful for all of the opportunities and friendships that I have had through this amazing journey, I can’t wait for our next event with Saks!

New York’s newest Neiman Marcus store was brought to the city in the most extravagant of ways. This past April, Neiman Marcus opened its doors to its most elite shoppers for a special night of celebration in honor of their grand opening in Hudson Yards™. The Make Your Life Sweeter® team was asked by the amazing group at Neiman Marcus to make the night a little SWEETER for all of its attendees.

My team and I arrived in New York ready to take on anything. As we made our way to Hudson Yards™, we were all so thankful to be able to participate in such an amazing event! When we approached the extravagantly beautiful and newly furbished Hudson Yards™ mall, we were all blown away by every detail that went into creating such a magnificent and beautiful place.

As guests arrived, they were welcomed with a Fluffpop® artisanal miniature cotton candy live spin bar with customized Neiman Marcus hashtag flag straws. Attendees included models, actors, singers and socialites, and all of them couldn’t get enough of our Fluffpop® live spin bar!

Throughout the party, we were welcomed with professional djs serving all the hit songs, makeup artists performing free tutorials for all attendees, a Louboutin artist, and the most savory appetizers you could ever ask for! Everyone was having such a great time at the fabulous party orchestrated by Neiman Marcus!

To end the night, the team at Neiman Marcus Hudson Yards™ brought out non other than Kelly Rowland herself! The Make Your Life Sweeter® team had such an amazing time at this event, we are so thankful for the amazing opportunities given to us by everyone over at the Neiman Marcus teams around the country. I cannot wait to see what other kind of amazing events Neiman Marcus will put together!

This year, I was honored to participate in a women led panel discussing the passion and courage it takes to turn your dreams into a reality. Thanks to DFW Startup Week, I was hand picked to speak on my experience and insight into the world of entrepreneurship.

When I was approached to speak at the summit, I was so excited! When asked who I would recommend to moderate, I chose to opt out of any moderations. I told the team at DFW Startup Week that it would be more beneficial for everyone if we instead moderated the panel ourselves, therefore making the panel more down to earth and audience centered. The DFW Startup team LOVED the idea!

The day of the event, I was welcomed with the warmest wishes from my close friends and family. As I arrived at Ross Tower, I was blown away by the amazing work that had gone into this event, everything was so perfect! I made my way to the 32nd floor to begin prepping for the panel.

When asked who I would want to join me on the Women’s of Innovation panel, it was an easy answer. I was accompanied by the fierce Bina Patel, who works for the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig and Brittany Rettig, who is the owner and founder of a revolutionary new fitness concept in Dallas, called GRIT.

As our panel started, I was so thrilled that we chose to speak without a moderator. We were able to connect with one another, as well as the audience with a deeper understanding. Throughout the panel, Bina, Brittany and I talked about the biggest hardships, as well as the most amazing accomplishments that women experience in the workplace.

After our panel had ended, guests were all greeted with a Make Your Life Sweeter® HotPoppin® Gourmet Popcorn Bar and a Sugaire® Organic Cotton Candy Infusion Bar! I had such a memorable time at this years DFW Startup Week, and I cannot wait for what’s in store for next year!

This past November, the Make Your Life Sweeter® team had the opportunity to incorporate our products into the most elegant birthday party I had ever had the opportunity to attend.

Located at the beautiful Ritz Carlton in Dallas, my team and I arrived early to set up for the night’s event. As we arrived, we were directed to the main ballroom, and I was completely shocked when I saw the entrance. Lined up all along the walls were beautifully constructed games that looked like they had just stepped out of the fair (and maybe they had)!

As I made my way through the entrance and into the actual room, I was welcomed with beautiful garnishes and decorations. The room was draped with exquisite pastel curtains lining the walls, and an amazing chandelier hung high above the marble dance floor. It was breathtaking.

A guests started to flood in, they were welcomed with an elegant ModSweets Chocolate tasting tower with a Sugaire® Organic Cotton Candy Hot Tea, Affogato and Infusion Bar as well as a HotPoppin® Gourmet Popcorn Bar.

Everyone couldn’t get enough of all of our decadent treats and were even coming back for seconds or thirds! As the night progressed, everyone shared laughs and conversations as they ate the most delicious dinner. Toasts were made to the special birthday girl as well as warm wishes for her future.

As the hour hit 9 o’clock, staff members made their way through the crowds to welcome everyone with a Sugaire® Organic Cotton Candy Infused Drink to cheers at the exact time that the honoree was born. As the time hit 9:22pm everyone wished the young child another bright year, with many more to come!

The Make Your Life Sweeter® team was so honored to be inducted into this special night and will cherish it for many more years to come!

Restaurant Week is an annual event that takes place every August around the Dallas Metroplex. It's a time to celebrate the greatest food that the city has to offer. Throughout the span of three weeks, foodies are able to indulge themselves in the best food around the area at reduced prices. But the best thing about Restaurant week isn't the food, it’s the fact that twenty percent of every meal goes towards the North Texas food bank!

To kick off this year's Restaurant Week, Lyft, along with other affiliated sponsors, put on an amazing event in downtown Ft. Worth. The Make Your Life Sweeter® team was asked by Lyft to make the night a little sweeter for everyone that attended. 

My team and I set up a Sugaire® Organic Cotton Candy Infusion Bar with pink lemonade and Sparkling Strawberry flavored Cotton Candy with customized Lyft straws. Guests loved the idea of such a quick yet stylish drink choice and couldn't get enough!

Throughout the evening, the streets started to come alive. The band was playing great tunes, people were dancing, and the smell of food was filling the air. 

Food vendors were located everywhere, giving out free samples to everyone who attended the festivities. Games where being played throughout the area and prizes were given to all. 

I was so honored to have been able to Make Life a Little Sweeter for everyone who attended DFW Restaurant Week!

DXC.Technology is a driven company that specializes in information technology and consulting services. DXC is a fairly new company, forming in 2017 from the merger of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and the Enterprise Services Business of Hewlett Packard Enterprise. 

This past June, DXC has become Texas Motor Speedways official sponsor for their annual Indy Car Race, now known as  "DXC Technology 600 Verizon Indycar Race".

Texas Motor Speedway thought it would be beneficial to show the fellow employees of DXC how much they're kindness and sponsorship meant to them. So when they asked the Make Your Life Sweeter® Team to attend, we were thrilled!

My team and I arrived to the event early to set up for the festivities. Everyone was located just outside of the beautiful DXC building, making it a gorgeous day for an outside event.

As the event started, DXC employees were greeted with a live Fluffpop® Artisanal Gourmet Cotton Candy DJ Booth. Everyone loved the idea of something so small being so elegant and full of flavor. 

The outside of DXC.Technology was alive with all of the festivities that Texas Motor Speedway had provided for the guests. From drones filling the sky, to a Torchy's tacos catering service filling a thirst-quenching aroma throughout the entire area.

Texas Motor Speedway even brought out the actual Indy Car that DXC was sponsoring for the event that weekend; as well as Texas Motor Speedway's 2016 Indy Car Champion Simon Pagenaud! Who by the way, couldn't get enough of our Pineapple flavored Fluffpop®!

The Make Your Life Sweeter® team had such a SWEET time at the DXC event and cannot wait to see who wins the IndyCar race this year!

D Magazine is one of the most prestigious magazine outlets in the entire Dallas metroplex. Every year, they host an annual "Women's Symposium" with the agenda of informing and educating like-minded individuals and helping them find their inner leader. When I was asked to speak at the Symposium, I was thrilled to have the chance to educate and inform the fellow guests of culture in the workplace and the importance of being a female leader.

Located at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, hundreds of women gathered to celebrate and learn from the amazing and forward thinking individuals running this year's panel. 

The Make Your Life Sweeter® team was in attendance with a SUGAIRE® Organic Cotton Candy sparkling water infusion and a HotPoppin® Gourmet Popcorn booth full of sweet and savory flavors for everyone in attendance!

Throughout the day, my team and I were able to listen and learn from all of the strong and innovative women that graced the stage.

I had the opportunity to discuss how company culture and mentoring women can impact a company, wether it be big or small. I talked about embracing the challenge in every situation and learning from every mistake. Everyone has obstacles in their life that they need to overcome to become a better version of themselves, I wanted to educate these amazing women on how anything is possible if you put your mind to it.

I had a blast at this amazing event and can't wait for next year!

Through the amazing team at IRO clothing brand, the Make Your Life Sweeter® team had the opportunity to get a sneak peak of all of the upcoming fashion for the new year. 

This past May, my team and I were able to arrive at the beautiful Adolphus Hotel located in downtown Dallas to provide an experience for the fellow guests unlike no other.

Clothing buyers from all around the country were in attendance. All excited to see what the glorious designers of Neiman Marcus had in store for them this year. 

We arrived in the afternoon to set up our service, designers and models were running around, racks of incredible clothing were swaying through as they were being transported from one place to the other. There was a glorious hecticity feeling the room, everything was running at such a fast pace yet was so organized and articulate. 

We set up a Sugaire™ Organic Cotton Candy Affogato bar with a Sea Salt Caramel cotton candy and vanilla bean ice cream poured over with a french press for the finishing touch. 

When the IRO team was up to present their new line, I was able to speak in front of all of the Neiman Marcus buyers to describe what the Make Your Life Sweeter® team had in store for them today. 

As the fashion brand displayed their new, and exquisite line of clothing to the buyer, my team and I were able to go around the room delivering an affogato masterpiece to each and every individual.

Everyone loved the sweet treat and I cannot be more excited for what the future holds for next years Neiman Marcus line!

After Neiman Marcus Conclave, the Make Your Life Sweeter® team dashed from the Adolphus Hotel straight to the Don't Tell Supper Club for our second event of the night.

As we began to set up, we were able to see the place before the crowds rushed in. The Don't Tell Supper Club was already in itself a remarkable venue, but with the help of the Alice and Olivia team, the setting was gorgeous.

Just as dinner started, guests were fed to the most exquisite meal with live entertainment and conversations filling the room.

There were flame artists, aerial dancers and magicians all in one room. It was outstanding to see such talent all in one place. 

When the performers finished up their acts, Fluffpop® was set up and ready to go treat some sweet Alice and Olivia guests. The setting was perfect for our Fluffpop® Artisanal Cotton Candy DJ glow bar, and everyone loved our Alice and Olivia "Stace face" glow-sticks.

Everyone in attendance was having such an amazing time, all of the guests were on the dance floor and living it up! It was such a sweet night and am so thankful that I had the honor to attend such an amazing event!

Children's Cancer Fund is a non-profit organization based in Dallas, Texas. Their mission is to raise funds through fundraisers and events in order to donate towards children's cancer research. 

This year, the organization celebrated their thirty year anniversary gala at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Dallas. The Make Your Life Sweeter® team had the opportunity to attend the Gala, and work hand in hand with the amazing souls that dedicate everything they have to help those in need. 

The Make Your Life Sweeter® team and I had a SUGAIRE® Organic Cotton Candy Infusion Bar set up for the attendees as they walked into the VIP room, everyone went crazy for the SWEET treat! In the children's room, we set up a SUGAIRE® candy tasting bar with gummy bears and glow lights for the kids to enjoy while they waited to go on stage.

The children's room was full of fun activities for the kids to enjoy throughout the night. They had everything from magic shows and pizza buffets to balloon figures and Disney princesses!  Every person in the room was having a great time and am so thankful that I had the opportunity to experience such a joyous thing.

Later that evening, my team and I were able to watch the annual fashion show put on for the past thirty years for the non-profit organization with the most prestigious guests anyone could ever ask for; the kids themselves.

Every year, these kids have the opportunity to walk in the Children's cancer Fund fashion show alongside someone that they admire. This year, we got to see many acclaimed faces in the crowds. Some of the more notable faces were Dak Prescott, Tony and Candice Romo, Miss Texas, Troy Aikman, and the 106.1 Kid Kraddick Morning show's team, to name a few.

The night ended with a fundraiser which raised hundreds of thousands of dollars all going towards cancer research. DJ Tony Romo also made a surprise appearance which made everyones night. It was such an amazing and extraordinary night and am so honored to have been apart of it!

For over 60 years, Carter BloodCare has provided life saving resources to hospitals all around the state of Texas. By doing so, they've helped those in need of vital assets, aiding them in a new way of healthy living.

Throughout the entire span of April, the Make Your Life Sweeter® team had the unique opportunity to work with the Carter BloodCare community. Every Tuesday and Thursday, the blood-drive would put together an amazing banquet to honor Texas' top blood donors of the year. 

The team and I traveled around the Dallas Metroplex to serve some sweet treats to the honorees of the evenings festivities and what a delight it was! We served a SUGAIRE® cotton candy mocktail bar with a mango passion fruit lemonade and a choice of Pina Colada, Mango or Passion Fruit cotton candy. As guests left, they were treated with a customized Hotpoppin® bag of Better than Chicago popcorn, which was loved by so many!

Being in different locations, I had the opportunity to witness how unique each banquet was. Every destination was so exquisite and I am so thankful for the opportunity to serve such wonderful people!
