I had the pleasure of celebrating a truly delightful engagement party for Taylor and her fiancé, Bryce, at the stunning Tower Club in Dallas. Nestled in the heart of the city, the Lakeside Room provided an elegant backdrop for this special occasion, where love, joy, and sweet indulgences came together in perfect harmony.

As guests arrived, they were immediately greeted by a whimsical dessert station that was a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. Our custom macarons, mini cupcakes, and cookie sandwiches were beautifully arranged, each one crafted with care to ensure maximum flavor and visual appeal. The showstopper of the dessert table was undoubtedly our hand-painted chocolate truffles, which not only tasted exquisite but also added a touch of artistry to the celebration. For those looking for something classic yet decadent, we offered white-chocolate-covered Oreos.
But the sweetness didn’t stop there. Our popcorn station featured gourmet flavors that tantalized the senses. From the rich, buttery goodness of melted butter to the earthy sophistication of black truffle, every flavor was designed to elevate the popcorn experience. Guests were also thrilled to try our unique jalapeño ranch and the sweet indulgence of crème brûlée cheesecake popcorn—two flavors that perfectly balanced savory and sweet.
In keeping with the festive spirit, we also prepared chili lime mangonadas, a refreshing treat that was as vibrant as it was delicious. Each mangonada was garnished with our signature sour mango belt and a whimsical tuft of mango chili cotton candy, creating a beautiful presentation that invited guests to indulge in this fruity delight.
To add a touch of sophistication to the evening, we provided our citrus Zphere edible vapor bubble, served on whiskey glasses. This unique feature not only delighted the senses but also sparked conversations among guests, enhancing the overall experience.
